Hi!
I’m Kathy Lumpkins, President and Founder of JobJolts. I started
this company as a service to assist fresh Nursing graduates to find
their niche in the Nursing profession.
I have been a Registered Nurse for over twenty years. And, for
the last ten years or so, I have worked for major healthcare
organizations assisting thousands of new Nurses just like yourself
find their area that best suits their skills.
That passion I possess for newly graduated nurses is also the reason
I wrote my little book,
Pinning Today Paychecks Tomorrow: 129 Tips for New Grad Nurses. It seeks to assist new graduates in finding the
right job, putting together a winning resume, interviewing with
class and literally moving from “pinning” to a “paycheck”! I have
spent countless hours interviewing new graduates, lecturing in
Schools of Nursing and hiring new graduates for some of the top
healthcare providers in the country.
